Through the website forms we receive only the data you enter yourself: the contact person's first and last name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, technical parameters of the facility (type, capacity, EIC code, distribution system operator) and the files you attach (e.g. an hourly profile).
3. Purposes of Processing
- consideration of applications to join an aggregation or balancing group, or to buy or sell electricity;
- preparation of a commercial offer and conclusion of a contract;
- responding to appeals, complaints and requests.
4. Retention Period and Transfer to Third Parties
Data are stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or than required by law. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by law (in particular, upon a lawful request of public authorities).
