Who we are
From a balancing group to a flexibility aggregator
GS-TRADING LLC has operated on the electricity market since October 2020 as the balance responsible party for participants united in a joint balancing group.
The group began as an association of electricity suppliers and universal service providers that jointly minimized losses on the balancing market. Today the company holds NEURC licenses for trading and aggregation and is developing an aggregated group that unites generation, energy storage systems and consumers with controllable load.
Our key asset is our team's professionalism and the principle of open partnership.

From a suppliers' balancing group to a licensed aggregator bringing generation, ESS and flexible consumption to the market.
- 28.02.2019State registration of GS-TRADING LLC.
- 02.09.2020NEURC license for electricity resale (trading activity) — Resolution No. 1654.
- 16.09.2020Imbalance settlement agreement with NPC Ukrenergo; registration as an electricity market participant.
- October 2020Start of operations as the balance responsible party of the balancing group.
- 27.03.2024NEURC license for aggregation activity on the electricity market — Resolution No. 581.
- 23.07.2024Balancing market participation agreement with NPC Ukrenergo — balancing service provider status.
- 2025–2026Expansion of the aggregated group and partnership with ALTEN NEO LLC in energy facility control and ESS procurement.
